CENTRALLY AIR CONDITIONED OPERATION THEATRE

The operation theatre complex at the Suyash Hospital is situated on the second floor. This complex consists of three major and one minor OT. Two major operation theatres specially designed for neurosurgery and Ortho-surgery. One operation theater is for general and Laparoscopic surgery while the minor OT is for small surgeries and dressings.

We have one recovery unit outside the theaters for post op patients. Our OT’s are equipped with hi-tech surgical table for advance surgeries. This entire complex is isolated with a sterile corridor and entry of the personnel to this is through an air-shower device.

The theatre walls of OT complex are lined with epoxy paints. This material is anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and without joints. This would not allow harboring of any organisms in the theatre and OT complex. Each theatre has been integrated with air filters to maintain theatre sterility.
